How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 weeks. Each dress is made-to-order, meaning it is not made until after you check out and your payment has been processed.

Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

What is your returns policy?

Returns may be made within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached and in their original packaging.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not accept exchanges, but you may return your item and place another order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

After your order is placed we will accept cancellations in the first 24 hours. After the first 24 hours we may or may not be able to make changes to the order. Send us an email and we will work with you. 

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping availability depends on your location. Shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout.
